Terms of service

Using the website and ordering

1. Scope and eligibility

These terms cover the website, free resources, ready-made digital itineraries, personalised itinerary services and related revision or priority-delivery add-ons. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to place an order.

2. Product information and prices

Product descriptions, inclusions, prices and delivery information shown when you order form part of the contract. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax that we are required to charge. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

3. When a contract is formed

For a ready-made plan, the contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment. For a personalised plan, submit the questionnaire first. The contract is formed only after we confirm the package, scope and delivery timing and Stripe confirms payment. An automated acknowledgement of a questionnaire or enquiry is not acceptance of an order.

4. Delivery

Ready-made plans are supplied as PDF digital content through a private download link after successful payment. The link normally expires after 14 days and permits up to five downloads, so save the file to your device. Personalised plans are delivered by email as a PDF by the date agreed in writing. Contact us promptly if a promised link or file does not arrive.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information and tell us promptly about material changes.
  • Check tickets, reservations, park admission rules, height requirements, opening hours and live operational information with the relevant official provider.
  • Keep your email account and private download link secure.
  • Do not submit passports, payment-card details, ticket barcodes, children's names or unnecessary medical information.
  • Only provide information about other travellers when you are authorised to do so.

6. Our right to refuse or cancel

We may decline an order before acceptance, or cancel where we cannot safely or lawfully provide the service, the requested deadline is not achievable, information needed to perform the service is not supplied, or there is fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the undelivered part.

7. Liability and statutory rights

We provide planning information with reasonable care and skill. If we breach the contract, we are responsible for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of that breach. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer information, failure to follow current official instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. We do not exclude rights relating to digital content or services that are not as described, of satisfactory quality where that test applies, fit for a stated purpose, or supplied with reasonable care and skill.

8. Changes, severability and governing law

The terms accepted at the time of your order apply to that contract. We may update the website terms for future orders. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

English law governs these terms. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may normally bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Customers outside the UK may also have mandatory local rights that these terms do not remove.

Cancellation and refund policy

Ready-made digital downloads

14-day cancellation right

A UK consumer normally has 14 days from formation of the contract to cancel a digital-content order. We will only begin immediate supply during that period after you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost when the download supply begins.

If you do not request immediate supply, contact us before accessing the file and within 14 days to cancel. Once immediate supply has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind cancellation or refund is not available.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed files

Your statutory rights continue after download. If the wrong file is supplied, the link fails, or the digital content is faulty or materially not as described, contact us. We will provide a working replacement, correct the content where appropriate, or give the remedy required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a price reduction or refund.

A plan becoming out of date because a park later changes its hours, operations, prices or attraction availability is not by itself a defect, provided the plan matched its description and the information reasonably available when published.

Cancellation and revision policy

Personalised itinerary services

Approved quote and payment invitation

Personalised payment is invitation-only. After reviewing the questionnaire, we confirm the package, safe scope summary, price and delivery date and send a private, expiring payment invitation. Before Stripe opens, the customer must accept the current service terms and choose whether work may begin during or after the 14-day cancellation period. We retain the wording selected, timestamps, questionnaire reference and payment status with the contract record.

Cancelling during the 14-day period

You may cancel a personalised-service contract within 14 days after it is formed. If you expressly ask us to begin during that period and then cancel before completion, we may retain or charge a proportionate amount for work properly completed up to cancellation. If the service has been fully performed during the period following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right ends on full performance.

After the statutory period, we may still agree to cancel work that has not begun. Once research or drafting has started, any discretionary refund will reflect the unperformed part. No change-of-mind refund is normally available after the first complete itinerary has been delivered. This does not affect remedies where the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or does not match the agreed description.

Delivery and customer delay

The delivery date and scope are confirmed before payment. If you delay supplying answers, decisions or corrections that we reasonably need, the delivery date may move by the length of the delay. Priority delivery costs 15% of the confirmed package price, is subject to availability and only applies when agreed before purchase.

Included and additional revisions

Each personalised package includes one consolidated round of reasonable amendments submitted within seven calendar days after first delivery. Corrections needed because we did not follow the agreed brief do not use this revision allowance.

A revision may refine priorities, pacing, wording or practical details within the confirmed scope. New travel dates, parks, ticket products, accommodation, group composition or a substantially different brief may require a new quote. A further consolidated revision round costs £25 and must be confirmed before purchase.

Cancellation form

To cancel where a cancellation right applies, email us with: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [product or service], ordered on [date]”, followed by your name, order email and the date. Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.

Privacy and retention policy

How we use personal information

Ryan Johnstone trading as Prestige Orlando Planning is the data controller. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to Ryan@PrestigeOrlando.co.uk.

Information we collect

  • Identity and contact information, such as your name, email, country and time zone.
  • Trip and group information, including dates, accommodation area, party numbers, children's ages or approximate heights, tickets, parks and transport.
  • Preferences used to design a plan, including attractions, food, pace and entertainment priorities.
  • Optional allergy, mobility, sensory or other accommodation information. This can reveal health information, so we ask for practical needs rather than diagnoses and process it only with explicit consent.
  • Order, payment-status, refund, delivery and download records. Stripe processes full payment details under its own privacy information.
  • Privacy-friendly website analytics: the page viewed, time, referring website domain, campaign tags supplied in the link, broad device category and whether the view began a new browsing visit. Our analytics database does not store IP addresses, exact device details or persistent visitor identifiers.
  • Enquiries, complaints, consent records and limited technical or security information generated when the site is used.

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Contract and steps at your request: answering pre-sale questions, assessing a questionnaire, taking payment, creating and delivering plans, revisions and customer support.
  • Legal obligation: tax and accounting records, consumer-law duties and responding to lawful requests.
  • Legitimate interests: securing and administering the service, preventing misuse, understanding which pages and campaigns are useful, improving the website and establishing or defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: optional email marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your purchase.
  • Explicit consent: any allergy or health-related access and accommodation information you choose to provide. You can withdraw this consent, although we may then be unable to include those needs in the plan.

Who receives information

We use carefully selected providers for website hosting and protected storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email delivery and Google Workspace for business communications. They receive only the information needed for their function. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement or courts where necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards.

Security and sensitive details

Questionnaire answers are encrypted before storage and restricted to authorised access. Ordinary business notifications contain only a non-sensitive summary and a protected link. No online service is risk-free, but we use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and review access.

Retention schedule

  • General enquiries: normally up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Questionnaires and personalised-plan working information: normally up to 24 months from submission so we can deliver revisions and address queries or complaints; unnecessary allergy and access detail is removed sooner where practicable.
  • Orders, invoices, refunds and essential contract records: normally six years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer if law or an active dispute requires it.
  • Private download access: the customer link normally expires after 14 days; limited fulfilment and fraud-prevention records may be retained with the order record.
  • Website analytics: normally up to 12 months, after which records are deleted or reduced to anonymous totals.
  • Marketing: until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer useful. We may retain a minimal suppression and consent record for up to six years to respect and evidence your choice.
  • Security logs: only for a proportionate period needed to protect and diagnose the service.

We may keep information longer where reasonably needed for a legal claim, complaint, fraud investigation or legal duty. At the end of a retention period it is deleted or anonymised; residual backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time. You also have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Please contact us first if you are comfortable doing so, as we would value the opportunity to resolve the concern.

Children and other travellers

Our services are ordered by adults and are not directed to children. We ask only for a child's age and approximate height where relevant—not their name. The lead customer must be authorised to provide information about everyone included in the questionnaire and should share this privacy information with them where appropriate.

Cookie policy

Cookies and similar technology

Prestige Orlando Planning uses first-party, privacy-friendly analytics to count page views, entry visits, popular pages and referral or campaign sources. This analytics system does not set cookies, write identifiers to your device, store IP addresses or create a persistent visitor profile. We therefore do not display a non-essential-cookie consent banner.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technology to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse and protect form submissions. When you choose a Stripe checkout link, Stripe may use cookies and similar technology on its own hosted pages for secure payment, fraud prevention and payment preferences under Stripe's notices.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser, although blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent forms or checkout from working. If we introduce advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics that stores or reads non-essential information on your device, we will update this policy and obtain the required consent before it runs.

Complaints procedure

How to raise a complaint

  1. Email Ryan@PrestigeOrlando.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line.
  2. Include your name, order email, order or questionnaire reference, what happened, relevant dates and the outcome you would like. Do not email payment-card details or unnecessary medical information.
  3. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and give a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If it is complex, we will explain the delay and provide an updated timescale.
  4. If we cannot resolve it, our final response will explain the outcome and any alternative dispute-resolution arrangement that we are legally or contractually required to offer.

We are not currently committed to a particular ADR provider. UK consumers can obtain independent guidance from the Citizens Advice consumer service. This procedure does not restrict your statutory rights or access to the courts.

Intellectual property

Personal-use licence

Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in Prestige plans, downloads, layouts, written guidance and branding remain with us or our licensors. Purchase or free download gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • save and print reasonable copies for your own trip; and
  • share the plan privately with members of the same travelling group.

You must not sell, sublicense, upload publicly, distribute to other groups, remove ownership notices, republish substantial parts, or use a Prestige product to create or train a competing or commercial product. Travel agents, planners, content creators and other businesses need prior written permission. The licence ends if the product is obtained unlawfully or materially misused.

Independent planning

Park, travel and affiliation disclaimer

Prestige Orlando Planning is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as an agent for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay or any other destination, operator or ticket provider. Destination names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify places covered by the plans.

Itineraries are planning aids—not tickets, reservations, queue access, travel packages or guarantees. Park hours, attractions, virtual queues, paid queue products, transport, menus, prices, policies, weather and availability can change without notice. Always check current information in official park apps and websites before purchase and again during the trip.

We are not a travel agent, ticket seller, medical adviser, accessibility authority or insurer. Allergy and access notes help organise a route but do not replace direct discussion with the venue or trained staff. You remain responsible for travel documents, tickets, reservations, insurance, safety decisions and compliance with official rules.

Access to our service

Accessibility

We aim to provide readable contrast, keyboard access, clear labels, responsive layouts and practical PDFs. If a page, form or document creates a barrier, contact Ryan@PrestigeOrlando.co.uk and describe the format or adjustment that would help. We will provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.

Use the general contact form for any question about these policies.
